The florist told me that they had to substitute some flowers in the pre-selected arrangement due to availability, so I was initially concerned as it was selected for its color concept. I was assured it would still “look and feel” the same, and the florist described the changes to me over the phone. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was absolutely delighted at the result as was she! Thank you for the beautiful work and great experience. I will absolutely use you again.
